The Raw Food Diet has rapidly been gaining popularity as a way to increase health and vitality and lose weight. It turns many traditional ideas about eating on their heads and it can be hard to fathom what this way of eating looks like on a daily basis. No better way to find out than coming on a raw food detox and holiday.
On this retreat/holiday you will experience eating 95-100% raw. You will see how it all fits together and have a chance to experience how this way of eating feels for you. You will be in good hands as your two chefs are Lisa Sture (aka Raw Lisa - www.rawlisa.co.uk) and Raw Chef Sarmado. Sarmado's client base has included heads of state, best-selling authors and A-list celebrities. He was a mainstream chef for 17 years before turning his attention to raw food - so you can be assured of a top class experience!
Both Lisa and Sarmado are experienced educators and there will be sessions on the concepts behind this way of eating as well as practical tips and opportunities to get involved with preparation.
If you already eat a raw food diet this is an ideal opportunity to have a holiday by the sea and have a RAWSOME menu served each day.
Yoga is offered to fully support you, whether this is a change of diet or whether you come for a raw-food break. All abilities are welcome and the yoga programme is tailored to your requirements.
